Has it really already been over a week? Where DOES the time go?
We took a much needed mini-vacation. Spent some time with a friend I was reacquainted with through facebook. Took the kids to the Fort (which was the first place JC and I went together). Then the aquarium and the beach. Somehow in the process of trying to not get all worked up and stressed out I managed to leave the CF card wallet sitting on my desk and the card that goes in my camera still stuck in the computer. Over-all I managed to remain unstressed the entire weekend which is MAJOR progress for me. I had a PLAN. My PLAN involved not planning...intentionally not having any agenda to worry over and yes it worked. Even the lost card didn't even bother me. I had 2 packs of Polaroid and was just as happy if not happier with those than the digital.

That is so cool! I love these shots, who would have guessed they were from a polaroid!
It's funny - people do all kinds of fancy pp just to try and get their digitals to look like this. These are really special. Sounds like fun - and I sometimes have to do the same thing - force myself to just turn of the planning side of my brain. It's hard - but so worth it.
